Every provider gets an isolated instance and database — pricing never involves sharing infrastructure, or a database, with anyone.

One number per person who logs in. No modules to price up, no surprise add-ons for the features that keep people safe.

Everything included

Incidents, care plans, funds, forms, risk, the carer app, the participant portal — in the base product. We don't paywall safety.

Reports export to CSV any day of the week, and you can ask for a complete export of your database and documents at any time.

Why aren't the numbers published yet?
Because we're in early access and setting them with our first providers rather than at them. The model is fixed — per user, everything included — and a conversation gets you a real number for your team size.
Is there a minimum team size?
Corella is built for providers from a handful of staff to a couple of hundred. Talk to us about your actual team — that's what the price reflects.
What does onboarding involve?
Setup done with you: services and price book, roles and modules, your branding — and migration of your existing data. For one provider we moved 149 clients and more than 3,000 documents out of their old system and shared drive in a day, verified record by record.
Do safety features ever move to a higher tier?
No. There are no tiers to move them to. Incident management, care plans, funds tracking, forms and risk assessments are base-product, for every provider, permanently.
What about the platform it runs on?
Included: Sydney hosting, daily backups with point-in-time recovery, monitoring, and updates. There's no separate hosting bill.
