Corella

For Australian NDIS, aged-care & community providers

Every shift, every client, every claim — in one place.

Corella ends the juggle between the rostering app, the shared drive, the HR tool and the spreadsheets holding it all together — one system your organisation owns, that talks to Xero.

  • Your own isolated instance — your data in its own database
  • Hosted in Sydney, Australia
  • Incidents, care plans and funds in the base product — never paywalled

The part nobody else offers

Other platforms rent you a seat. Corella hands you the keys.

Most care software keeps every provider's records in one shared database and sells you logins to it. Corella gives your organisation its own isolated instance — so health data never shares a database with another company.

  • Your own instance and your own database — not a partition of someone else’s
  • Your brand and your subdomain, from the login page in
  • Australian-resident — DigitalOcean Sydney, with daily backups and point-in-time recovery
  • Your data stays yours — take a full export whenever you ask

The Friday job, retired

Proof of support to invoice, with zero steps between.

Chasing shift paperwork, renaming PDFs, filing them against invoices, holding back the unproven shifts — Corella does the whole chain the moment a form is approved.

  1. Shift report · Approved

    A shift form is approved

Your support worker submits the shift's form from their phone — photos, drawn signature and all. Finance approves it from a queue, not an inbox.

  2. Jordan L 14.03.2026.pdf · attached

    The paperwork files itself

On approval it becomes a branded PDF, auto-named the way auditors like — and attaches itself to the client's record and the invoice.

  3. 1 shift held — awaiting form

    Invoices wait for proof

Shifts missing a required approved form stay out of the invoice run until the evidence exists. Nothing is claimed that can't be backed.

This used to be someone’s whole Friday.

Security & data handling

Your data, in your own database, in Sydney.

The plain-English version
  • One isolated instance and database per provider — role-scoped inside, walled outside

  • Daily backups with point-in-time recovery, and an audit log of who did what

  • Hosted in Sydney; carers see only the clients they're rostered with

Fair questions

What providers ask us first.

Is Corella only for NDIS providers?
No — Corella runs NDIS, aged-care Support at Home, support coordination, plan management and community programs. Modules switch on per organisation, so your team only sees the parts you actually use.
Can you migrate us off ShiftCare or a shared drive?
Yes, and we've done it: for one provider we migrated 149 clients and over 3,000 documents into their instance in a day, verified record by record. Migration is part of onboarding, not an extra project for your admin team.
Which features cost extra?
None. Incidents, care plans, funds tracking, forms, risk assessments and compliance tools ship in the base product for every provider. We don't gate safety-critical features behind a higher tier.
Where is our data stored?
In Australia — your instance and its database run in Sydney, with daily backups and point-in-time recovery. Every provider gets their own database; see security & data handling for the plain-English detail.
Do support workers need to install an app?
Corella's carer app is a PWA — it installs straight from the browser on any phone, no app store required. Clock on with GPS, see tasks and care essentials, write notes, claim kilometres and travel time at clock-off.
Does it work with Xero?
Yes — Corella pushes invoices to Xero with the proof-of-support PDF attached, and marks them paid when Xero says so via payment webhooks. Payroll leaves as a CSV your bookkeeper imports today.
What does it cost?
Corella is in early access: per-provider instance, priced per user per month, with everything included — we’re setting final numbers with our first providers. The pricing model explains how it works, and a conversation gets you a real number.
Can we get our data out?
Always. Reports export to CSV from the app, and you can ask for a complete export of your database and documents at any time — it's your data, in your database.
