Corella

About

Built in regional Victoria, on providers’ floors.

Corella is made by Business Innovise Hub — a small Australian software company run by Reza and Zahra. We build systems for organisations that do real work, and care providers do the realest work there is.

How Corella happened

We started with the workarounds.

Before writing Corella we sat with Australian providers and watched the day actually happen: the rostering app in one tab, the shared drive in another, a spreadsheet gluing them together, and a coordinator retyping the same client details into each. We read hundreds of pages of the incumbents’ own documentation and their users’ reviews, and interviewed the people on the floor — rostering admins, support coordinators, the person who fixes the timesheets every Tuesday.

The pattern was always the same: good people, paying for three or four systems, still doing the joins by hand — and the features that keep people safe locked behind the priciest tier. So we built the system we kept hearing described: everything on one client record, safety in the base product, and each organisation running its own instance instead of renting seats in someone else’s.

Corella is young and we like what that makes us: close to the floor, fast to fix things, and honest about what’s built versus what’s next. The providers who shape Corella now are getting software moulded around how care operations really run — not how a product manager imagined they might.

The Corella mark — a white corella with its coral blush

Why “Corella”

An Australian bird that thrives in a flock.

The little corella is one of Australia’s most sociable birds — loud, clever, always in company, at home from the outback to the coast. It felt right for software whose whole job is keeping a team coordinated. The coral blush behind its beak is in our logo, and it turns up across the product as the colour of a job done.

What we believe

The convictions under the code.

Small providers deserve owner-grade software.

The 15-person provider carries the same compliance obligations as the 500-person one, with a fraction of the admin hands. They shouldn't have to rent thin slices of enterprise software to cope.

The floor knows things the demo doesn't.

Corella's best features came from watching real coordinators work — the travel-time claim at clock-off exists because a rostering admin showed us the hour she lost every day without it.

One product, no forks.

Every provider runs the same Corella, configured their way — modules on or off, their branding, their terminology. When one provider's need makes the product better, every provider gets the improvement.

Honesty is a feature.

No AI badges, no certifications we don't hold, no capabilities on this website that aren't live. If Corella doesn't do something, we say so and tell you what we'd do instead.
